steel and NAK 80 steel are our main tooling materials for low-medium production
injection moulds. Moulds can be done in 7 to 15 days depending on the part size
and geometry.When our project managers receive your RFQ with 3D CAD data and drawings, we will provide you a quotation with 24-48 hours if all information is clear. DFM will be provided if ordered. After our client approves the DFM, which includes draft angles, ejector points etc, we will start to cut the steel for the moulds.
T1 samples will be provided within a few days once the mould is completed, typically in less than 15 days. The samples are shipped to our client for approval. This may cause a few tool modifications if the samples are not as the intended design expectation or customer wants to make changes. NextProto will modify the tool for free as it has been factored from our quotation.
