Normally quick molds also called rapid tooling or prototype tool here, is made by P20 steel. Tool life is 50000. Most of our current customers prefer to make a prototype tooling for pre-series production, especially auto industry clients.

Plastic injection material resin can be ABS, PC/ABS, Nylon etc. If you want to have export mold for local production in USA and Europe, we can ship out the molds to you by UPS or DHL. A strong wooden box is made then to protect everything perfectly in it. We can make very nice rapid tooling.

For rapid tooling orders, Nextproto will provide at least 5pcs of each free samples for your approval. DFM is provided before "cutting the steel". MOQ is 1000pcs.
