Recently, we have made some nice plastic prototypes using SLA process. The color of the parts is pure white with quite good strength.

The customer has ordered 10 sets of 4 parts. Our lead time is 3 days including a final inspection. There are two assemblies. One is the top cover the other is the base. Parts fit very well.

The cost for SLA prototypes produced by NextProto is cheap, but the quality is great. We quote the cost based on the weight of the parts. If you are looking for low cost SLA rapid prototypes for your light weight plastic parts, you can consider us.
