In October 2017, we have CNC milled 50 pieces of 6061 aluminum parts with black anodize finish. The parts are quite large. We need to machine 4 sides.  Our client’s tolerance request is ISO 2768F.

There are also some undercuts inside.  They cannot be machined. We have used EDM process to get it done. The lead time for this project is 14 days. We are very proud that we have get it finished on time and in great quality.
