For small quantitiy volume prototypes in plastics or soft rubber, we can use RTV, also called vacuum casting process to duplicate multiple numbers of parts. We create the master piece by CNC milling or machining and then using silicone moulds to make your rubber or plastic parts. Each silicone mould is good for 15 to 20 shots of parts. The quality of part surface can be coloured and textured in-mould directly without secondary operation such as painting or polishing.

                           

For low volume short term production run project, we would suggest to use our rapid tooling services in plastic injection molding, die casting for aluminium parts and investment casting for stainless steel/mild steel components. We would make the mould tool in tool steel such as P20 or NAK80 steel and ship the mouldings and casting parts to you within 3 weeks.
