Next Proto’s CNC manufacturing service is quick and inexpensive. We can machine any kinds of materials. Here are some of our most frequently machined materials available in-house: ABS, PVC, Copper, Acetal, PTFE, Magnesium, Acrylic, PEEK, Stainless Steel, Nylon, PEI, Steel Alloy, Polycarbonate, Aluminum, Polypropylene, Brass. CNC parts are good for testing the function, evaluation of the material propertiy and design modifictions. Product designers and engineers can get one to 100+ parts in seven days or less from us.

                  

Our maximum part milling size is approximately 1200x600x600mm. For the large ABS and aluminum parts, we can offer sectioning and gluing or welding services. Unlike injection molding, CNC machining can produce very thick walls without sink. There is also no requirement for uniform wall thicknesses. This is a good method to replace injection molding if the required quantity is low and the lead time is short. For example, if you only need 100 to 500 pieces of prototypes in 2 weeks, then you should use our CNC machining services. Without spending too much time on the tooling and T1 sample approval, CNC machining can reduce your time and drive you ahead from your competitors.


The finish product of CNC parts is "machined finish" if there's no special requirement on the surface. This means the part surface has the tool marks. We can also provide smooth finish with sanding, polishing, sandblasting, painting and anodizing.
